1:00 pm Registration open until 8:30 pm
1:00 pm Meeting Regional Representatives
3:00 pm Meeting Grand Master with Outgoing Grand Officers
3:00 pm Meeting Deputy Grand Master with Incoming Grand Officers
4:00 pm Photographs for outgoing and incoming Grand Lodge officers
Officers are reminded to wear tuxedos
and bring regalia for the meetings.
7:00 pm Welcome to Kamloops Barbecue (Western Theme)
Wear Your Western Atire
Refreshments - 6:00 pm
8:00 pm Meet and Greet — No-host bar until 10:00 pm
